Wingman AI is an AI-powered dating assistant operated by Wingman AI Ltd. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at chairmanoh@yahoo.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account data — your email address when you sign up
- Usage data — how many times you use our tools each day
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- Content you submit — conversations and profile bios you paste into our tools. These are sent to OpenAI to generate responses and are not stored by us
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account
- To provide the AI tools and enforce usage limits
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Wingman AI:
- Supabase — stores your account and usage data (EU servers)
- OpenAI — processes the text you submit to generate AI responses
- Stripe — handles all payment processing
- Vercel — hosts the application
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage data is kept for 90 days. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to processing of your data
