1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Wingman AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Wingman AI is

Wingman AI is an AI-powered tool that helps users craft dating messages, optimise profile bios, and analyse conversations. All outputs are AI-generated suggestions — they are not guaranteed to produce any particular result and should be used at your own discretion.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Wingman AI
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose

4. Free plan and usage limits

Free accounts are limited to 5 AI uses per day across all tools. This limit resets at midnight UTC each day. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Paid subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • You can cancel at any time via the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the billing period
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

6. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, email us at chairmanoh@yahoo.com.

7. AI disclaimer

Our tools use AI to generate content. The outputs are suggestions only and may not always be appropriate, accurate, or effective. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content in real-world conversations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
